Ok. We know its nearly April. A time when the internet goes mad with stupid rumors, jokes and all the rest of it. So take this with a pinch of salt.
Dutch website GameKings have a couple of images of what they say is the rumored Xbox 360 slim. The machine is somewhat smaller than the current Xbox 360 and looks very similar to that of the HD-DVD add on (remember the pinch of salt).
The machine is apparently straight out of the box, and only two images are available of the thing so far.
We'll try our best to get some more info on this, but in the meantime check out the site. Google has neatly translated the Dutch for your English reading eyes. Lovely.

In the distance shot, it kinda looks like the HD-DVD add on... flipped 180 on its head (so the front is pointed at the floor).
Yeah im calling BS on this one, myself. The fact that only the white sides are shown, not the business end makes me suspicious.
Oh well, let the April fun begin :)
That is just an HD-DVD drive.
Its either that or a new Blu-ray add on. Now that would be something.
Nope that would be the last thing microsoft would probably do. There is potential for it but I still can't see them releasing a blu ray add on just yet.
Oh I know they'll never do it. But it still would be something. I wouldn't mind seeing one. I would even like a TV tuner. Would be great with Media Center.
