Microsoft said No to the US Army

Way back in 2006, the US Army put in an order for an epic amount of 360s, to be used as training devices, however Microsoft had to decline the order for a few reasons. Some of the reasons are:

The order could have caused a shortage of 360s, which lets face it, nobody would have been happy about.

Microsoft didn't want its console to have a tainted reputation. A quote from MS says "do we want the Xbox 360 to be seen as having a flavour of a weapon? Do we want Mom and Dad knowing that their kid is buying the same game console as the military is trains the SEALs and Rangers on?"

The last reason is that MS thought that the army would then only buy one game per console, so MS wouldn't make much money from games.

These are all fair reasons, what do you guys think about this?

Yeh that's cos they use them to guide their little robot things. I don't really understand why they said no, i would have helped everyone out in the long run I'm sure
