It has managed to be No.1 in the UK games chart each week since its launch. Maybe more impressively, it has come third in the UKs best selling games ever list, being beaten by GTA: San Andreas which is in 2nd place, and gracing the number 1 spot is Brain Training.
So maybe in another 8 weeks Modern Warfare 2, will be at the top spot.
