Epic Games will host a Valentine Event on Gears of War 2, awarding players with bonus XP for shooting, beating and killing each other. How romantic!
According to the game's forum, the event will take place between the 8th and 14th of February and will see the following alterations:
- Revives are worth double points
- Horde mode rewards double XP for each completed wave
- Wingman mode rewards double the normal XP
The final touches, including how long it will last for, are being discussed, so there still may be some changes or goodies to come.
